What inspires you to blog?
The love and the passion of fashion and also the need to share what I know and appreciate in fashion.
How would you define your personal style?
All over the place, I don’t follow trends blindly but I like to experiment. I wear what makes me feel good and bring out my personality.
Do you find that you follow fashion trends, or do you play by your own rules?
I prefer playing by my own rules.

Are there any colors you tend to shy away from, and if so why?
I wear all colours, if it looks good and makes me feel good I”ll wear it.
When you hear the term “Black Girl Killing It” what comes to mind?
As a child were you always into clothes or did you grow into your own fashion sense?
Yes I loved clothes a lot especially dresses…with time my style has evolved to what it is now.
Do you participate in your local fashion scene?
Yes I do, here in Kenya, fashion is just getting to grow and if there are any fashion shows featuring our designers I make sure I attend and write about it. Also I’m the face of Wambui Mukenyi, she’s a very talented Kenyan designer.
How does your day to day life factor into your wardrobe choices?
Since I’m a stylist I wear alot of flats during the day because I’m running around town looking for clothes to pull but if I’m attending an event I try to stand out in a fashionable way.
What is your greatest fashion pet peeve?
Crocs! Hate them!
Have you ever tried your hand at design or sewing?
I used to sketch once but I never ended up producing any of the designs. I wanted to be a designer before I started blogging but now I love what I do, I might design one day in the future.

There is Wambui Mukenyi, Jewel By lisa, Maki Oh, David Tlale and Adele Dejak
